Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Participate in specialized tasks and cross-cutting projects, essentially in German (e.g. consolidating data, writing reports, ensuring internal communication, preparing presentations, providing project assistance (Project Office) • Ensure organizational tasks and participate in the organization, implementation and follow-up of meetings and internal events within the Confederation • Ensure information research as well as administrative tasks • Participate in the preparation and quality assurance of business and files for the department management or the Federal Council <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Higher education degree (preferably Master's) in geography, geosciences, environmental or climate sciences • Excellent communication skills, writing ease in a style adapted to recipients, good linguistic sensitivity • Analytical ability and capacity for networked thinking, orientation towards objectives and results, ability to work in a team and sense of service • Knowledge of the Swiss political system and its decision-making processes • Excellent active knowledge of at least one second official language (B2) and, ideally, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words The federal administration wishes to be a model in terms of climate.
