For our team, we need reinforcement and are looking for a motivated, committed, and technically savvy personality as Teamleader Cinema and Projection 50% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, a lively environment awaits you with a strong focus on experience, the event business, and the continuous development of our offerings. You will take on responsibility, actively help shape things, contribute your own ideas, and play a significant role in constantly developing the guest experience and taking it to the next level. You will work in a varied environment with cinema, VR, bar, sports bar, as well as diverse event formats – from private occasions to large B2B events. During the week as well as on weekends and public holidays, you will ensure smooth processes and unforgettable experiences together with your team. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation. Your area of responsibility Supporting the operations management in deployment planning and the further development of the location and ensuring the economical use of resources (personnel, goods, time) Central contact person for film program planning and technical event planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, as well as ensuring feasibility, quality, and compliance with event and brand standards Professional leadership and support of the employees in projection Onboarding of new employees according to guidelines, technical specifications, and compliance with safety and quality standards Ensuring specialist knowledge within the team Coaching and further development of the team with a focus on service quality and personal responsibility Active participation in daily business and leading the team in daily operations Close cooperation with our facility technician Care of the cinema and facility technology (air conditioning, heating, ventilation) in the absence of the facility technician Responsibility for projection, image, sound, and light quality in operational business Responsibility for the economic performance of the playing schedule and efficient use of personnel resources through analysis and targeted optimization of occupancy and timing Your profile Completed training or experience in the field of cinema and event technology (e.g., projection, audio/video technology, heating, ventilation, air conditioning) Experience in a comparable environment (cinema, entertainment, event, or leisure operation) Experience in employee leadership as well as the ability to provide professional guidance, development, and motivation to employees Affinity for the entertainment world (cinema, games, VR etc.) is an advantage Confident communication (verbal and written), very good German skills; other languages are an advantage High level of initiative as well as the ability to motivate teams and bring them along Positive charisma, polished manners, and high social competence Authentic personality with a role model function Independent, customer-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working Experience in the planning and implementation of technical processes in the event environment is an advantage Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively participate operationally Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and actively shaping changes Resilience and calmness in demanding situations as well as a confident manner during technical malfunctions You enjoy working in a team and enjoy sharing knowledge and actively further developing the technical know-how within the team Your next step We look forward to your complete and meaningful application.
