What you can contribute

• Lead a team of seven highly qualified and motivated employees and foster their development
• Conduct feasibility studies, develop and define new projects, and steer their implementation
• Ensure the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the smooth running of projects
• Support and advise Portfolio Management regarding problem-solving strategies
• Develop concepts, standards, and guidelines concerning strategic real estate management

What makes you unique

• Architect, civil engineer with a degree from a university or a university of applied sciences and further training in business administration, or business economist with further training in the field of real estate or construction economics
• Experience in real estate management and project implementation; analytical skills, ability to synthesize, and a systemic approach
• Commitment, autonomy, proven expertise; excellent leadership skills with tangible successes in the development and motivation of employees
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, stress resistance, and flexibility
• Good active knowledge of two official languages and passive knowledge of the third

You define projects with your team, mandate external partners, and coordinate the implementation of projects within a unique real estate portfolio. As a committed specialist, you actively leverage your expertise and know how to interact with confidence and in a situationally appropriate manner with your internal and external interlocutors.
