Scope of work 100% Contract unlimited Start of employment immediately or by agreement Tasks <br /> • You implement the market and sales strategy in the Care Gastronomy National area and continuously develop it further • You know the challenges of homes, hospitals and social institutions in the gastronomy sector. • You build sustainable customer relationships, actively maintain them and acquire new customers in the home and hospital sector • You are responsible for sales, and can enforce margin and contribution margin targets without jeopardizing the customer relationship • You use CRM, DWH, ERP systems in everyday life and create data-based arguments • You conduct price and assortment negotiations with kitchen chefs and C-Level independently • You work closely with internal interfaces such as customer centers, category management and marketing • You actively participate in customer events and contribute to sales training <br /> Requirements <br /> • You have in-depth professional experience in sales/key account management (at least 3 years) • You have a commercial, sales or business administration training • You are proficient in Excel, can handle pivot and large data tables • You can create individual PowerPoints for customers and present them in a convincing manner. • You have a high affinity for the care industry, gastronomy or hotel industry • You have a pronounced service mentality, customer orientation and presentation competence • You are a self-employed, structured, motivated, initiative and convincing personality • You enjoy the change between home office, national travel and meetings <br /> What we offer We offer you a modern, dynamic work environment where you can contribute your skills and personality on a daily basis and make a difference.
