In this role, you will accompany the entire recruiting process and be the contact person for managers in various business areas. In doing so, you combine interpersonal skills with a professional selection process and ensure a positive Candidate Experience. Your tasks Recruiting employees across all process steps Posting job advertisements on suitable channels as well as preparing tender documents Collaborating with the HR management as well as ensuring smooth HR administration Conducting job interviews as well as participating in the decision-making process Accompanying onboarding processes and supporting the integration of new employees Your profile Commercial basic training with further training in the field of HR or business administration Professional experience in recruitment Strong-communication, motivated personality with pleasure in dealing with different target groups Independent, pragmatic way of working with a pronounced understanding of service German: stylish (C2) / French & Italian: a plus Your perspectives Look forward to a versatile task with a lot of individual responsibility and scope for design.
