I am looking for a person who is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone, who knows how to listen to others, and has the capacity to cooperate in adversity"* Your key missions #### • - You are a member of the Executive Board and steer the HR strategy • You steer HR activity and its services, grouping 4 sectors (each having a Sector Manager): support and administration, recruitment and training, salaries and social insurance, health and safety. • You ensure the implementation, monitoring, and quality control of the services delivered, relying on the sector managers for operational management • You are the head of the HRIS project and ensure change management • You determine and maintain the HR indicators necessary for steering the activity • You represent the employer in negotiations with the union partner Your profile ### • University Master's useful for the position • Federal diploma or MAS Management, Human Resources and Careers, an asset • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR management function • Certifying training and significant experience in management in an organization of similar size • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law, legal training an asset What EVAM offers you ### • A committed working environment • A continuous training policy to evolve in your career • A teleworking policy • 6 weeks of vacation (7 from age 50) • Very good social benefits • Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The 2-step recruitment process: ### 1.
