As the first point of contact, you will take care of customer inquiries and ensure a needs-based response. Your strengths lie in good communication skills in Austrian and German language (level B1). You are a confident personality, work gladly in a team- and process-oriented manner and have completed training, ideally also having professional experience in dealing with customers.
