The temporary agency Med Ipersonal is a specialist for the placement of qualified professionals in the medical industry, which responds to individual customer needs.

For our customers – hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and Spitex services – we are looking for committed and qualified Healthcare Specialists EFZ (m/f/d) who are flexible, responsible, and work with heart in the healthcare industry.

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and nursing of patients and residents in different specialist areas
• Supporting the registered nursing staff with medical-technical measures, such as blood collection, infusion therapy, and wound care
• Monitoring vital signs and early detection of changes in the health status of patients
• Promoting the independence of patients through targeted nursing and therapeutic measures
• Support with personal hygiene, mobilization, and food intake
• Close cooperation with interdisciplinary specialists, doctors, and relatives
• Documentation of nursing processes and ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Initial professional experience in a hospital, nursing home, or Spitex is an advantage
• High degree of responsibility, empathy, and teamwork skills
• Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation and working with people
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
