In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for personnel administration and payroll and support the HR team in various areas.

Tasks

• Independent management of personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle
• Independent execution of the monthly payroll process, including social insurances
• Support of the HR Specialist in recruitment
• Responsible for the onboarding of new employees
• Advice and support of employees in HR-relevant matters
• Interface to social insurances and pension fund
• Maintenance of HR master data and the time recording system (SAP HR), including reporting
• Participation in HR projects and further development of HR processes (especially digitalization)
• Management and maintenance of social media activities
• Support of the Head of HR in day-to-day business

Profile

• Completed HR training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in personnel administration including payroll
• Sound knowledge of labor law
• Confident handling of SAP HR & MS Office
• Independent, structured and conscientious way of working
• Strong communication skills, discretion and team spirit
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
