The Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde des Inselspitals Bern is one of the leading medical centers for gynecology. In our Kinderwunsch- und Menopausenzentrum as well as in gynecological endocrinology, we accompany women and couples in very different phases of life -- from unfulfilled desire for children to hormonal issues and through to menopause.

What awaits you

• You receive and accompany our patients and couples and ensure a friendly and trusting atmosphere.
• You support our doctors during specialized consultations and examinations in the Kinderwunsch- und Menopausenzentrum as well as in gynecological endocrinology.
• You independently perform blood sampling, injections, and other medical-technical activities within the scope of your competencies.
• You prepare examinations and treatments, assist in their execution, and handle the follow-up.
• You support the organization and coordination of consultations and undertake administrative tasks.
• You contribute your ideas and actively help shape our workflows.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ or Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ.
• Ideally, you bring experience from a medical practice, an outpatient clinic, or a hospital. Knowledge in gynecology is welcome but not a prerequisite.
• You work independently, responsibly, and well-organized, and maintain an overview even in lively situations.
• You meet our patients and couples with empathy, discretion, and enjoyment of personal contact.
• You are flexible, team-oriented, and value cooperation with various professional groups.
• You communicate confidently in German. French skills and other languages are a plus.
• You have good IT user skills and complete administrative tasks reliably.
