• Independently program and set up CNC milling machines and lathes
• Precisely manufacture individual parts and small series from various materials
• Perform quality controls and carefully document their results
• Regularly maintain and service production equipment
• Support assembly work, installations, and commissioning
• Requirements
• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Sound experience in CNC machining as well as conventional manufacturing processes
• Confident handling of technical drawings
• High initiative and willingness to learn for independent work
• Proactive, curious, and responsible personality
