What you will do ##

• You ensure timely and demand-oriented material supply and are responsible for operational procurement from order triggering to the monitoring of delivery dates
• You keep an eye on delivery dates, missing parts, and availability and initiate the necessary measures in the event of deviations
• You control and support our suppliers in daily business and ensure high delivery readiness
• You analyze stocks, recognize supply risks early on, and actively contribute to ensuring our production supply
• You maintain relevant master data and evaluate key figures for the continuous improvement of our procurement processes
• In close cooperation with production, logistics, sales, product management, and our Lead Buyers, you create efficient processes along the entire supply chain
• You actively contribute to process optimizations as well as digitalization and automation projects

What you bring with you ##

• Technical or commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in procurement or supply chain management
• Experience in operational purchasing, scheduling, or production planning in an industrial environment
• Very good ERP and MS Office knowledge as well as a strong understanding of material flow and procurement processes
• Analytical mindset, networked action, and a structured way of working
• Initiative, assertiveness, and enjoyment in collaborating with different contact persons
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
