The general contracting real estate division plans and realizes buildings and developments throughout Central Switzerland. The company accompanies construction projects from the initial idea through project management, planning, and financing to full implementation as well as sale or rental and management. The office mostly also appears as the client, thus the entire time management of the respective objects is regulated internally. Due to the promotion of an employee, we are looking for a versatile and experienced real estate developer* (80-100%) Your tasks. In a team of 9 real estate developers, designers, and execution planners, you develop the foundations and create feasibility studies and development concepts. You develop project designs and accompany site concepts, structural, and building services concepts together with the responsible specialist planners. You negotiate with external partners such as authorities and neighbors and accompany the respective projects up to and including building application. Throughout the entire project process, you form an important link between the internal responsible parties and external architects. Adherence to deadlines, economic efficiency, and quality play an important role in your area of responsibility. Your profile. You are a Dipl. Architect* with a university degree and have several years of practical experience in project, execution, and detail planning in the market. You have very good knowledge of construction / planning law and planning procedures as well as detailed CAD knowledge (ArchiCAD is an advantage). You have an eye for high-quality architecture and a good sense for its efficient and customer-oriented implementation.
