Job Description ##

• Recruiting: Find, select and win construction personnel
• Preparing: Train employees and equip them according to your customers' requirements
• Organizing: Coordinate assignments between customers and employees - including all administrative tasks
• Supporting: First contact person for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances and administrative topics
• Building up: Build up and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments in large-scale projects

We expect ##

• Completed EFZ training in the construction industry or a construction-related field
• German at native speaker level as well as very good language skills in Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese (mandatory)
• Open, communicative personality with enjoyment in dealing with people
• Very good knowledge of the Bern region, initiative and a convincing appearance
• Driving license Cat. B and willingness for customer and employee visits with the company vehicle
