Your mission To be the guarantor of quality assurance in production while respecting deadlines and safety instructions. Your major responsibilities Analyze and manage non-conformities in the sector. Define and provide control standards in collaboration with support functions. Drive projects. Implement and support the self-control approach. Manage and monitor quality indicators. Ensure that metrological tooling needs are covered. Facilitate and coach problem-solving sessions. Report and drive improvement opportunities. Create control ranges according to generic ranges. Your background and skills Training as an ES Technician in microtechnique or a title deemed equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality field Experience in watchmaking would be an asset Analytical and organizational capacity TQ1 training would be an asset Knowledge of trades associated with the manufacture of watch components Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an asset Mastery of problem-solving tools Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment Interpersonal ease and good communication Team spirit Dynamism and flexibility Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) Start date: 01/09/2026 Occupation rate: 100 %
