Your tasks: In a routine manner, you process both telephone and written inquiries from our customers regarding products in large quantities, procure special items, and are involved in customer projects. You handle customer orders independently, including the entire order processing and calculation, and you also create offers independently. In close contact with our product managers in UK, you ensure that we have the items requested by our customers available in sufficient quantities. In short: working in a team with your corresponding colleague from the field service, you ensure that our customers are supported to their full satisfaction.
