Tasks ###

As a class teacher, you are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of action-oriented lessons according to Lehrplan 21, which take place both in the classroom and outdoors. You create and are responsible for the individual education and support plans for the students and prepare subject-specific reports and assessments. Together with the social pedagogues, you integrate rituals and structures into everyday school life, thus providing your students with security and orientation. Reference person work as well as conducting school assessment meetings is also part of your area of responsibility. You are in regular exchange and cooperation with the school management, the pedagogical team, the parents as well as with specialist agencies and participate in meetings and events.

Requirements ###

You hold a diploma as a school special educator or a diploma as a teacher. Ideally, you have experience teaching at a special primary school. You are enthusiastic, work independently and enjoy seeking creative and unconventional solutions. It is important to you to reflect regularly and to ensure the best possible support, including the adaptation of teaching methods. You are accustomed to interdisciplinary and independent work, like to face challenging situations and enjoy working with children.
