Case Manager*in OKP

• You accompany customers through challenging multiple problems
• You coordinate along the medical treatment path
• You conduct demanding conversations with insured persons, medical professionals, and other stakeholders – clear, solution-oriented, and at eye level
• You advise customers on social insurance-relevant issues and connect with other entities (employers, IV, etc.)
• You contribute ideas and actively further develop our processes in Case Management Private

What you bring with you:

• Completed basic training in the paramedical field
• CAS Case Management and/or social insurance specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in case management desirable
• Good network of service providers in the Canton Graubünden
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex situations
• You combine empathy with the necessary assertiveness and communicate confidently even in demanding situations
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Mobility as well as a valid driving license category B
