At MAN, after-sales service is much more than just a workshop reception. You are the link between our customers, the workshop, and our technical specialists. You accompany our customers from the appointment booking to the return of the vehicle and ensure that everything runs in a professional, efficient, and transparent manner.

Your missions

• Welcome and advise our customers on all questions related to the maintenance and repair of their commercial vehicles
• Plan and coordinate appointments and work with the workshop
• Establish repair orders and ensure their follow-up
• Inform customers of the progress of the work, deadlines, and costs
• Prepare quotes and ensure the administrative follow-up of files
• Coordinate additional work with customers and the workshop
• Check the work performed before the return of the vehicle
• Ensure professional communication between customers, the workshop, and the various internal services
• Actively contribute to excellent customer satisfaction

Your profile

Ideally, you have technical training in the automotive field, for example as a mechanic, automotive mechatronician or commercial vehicle mechatronician, and you wish to put your technical knowledge at the service of our customers.

Experience as an after-sales service advisor, workshop receptionist, or customer advisor in the automotive sector is an advantage.

You also distinguish yourself by:

• a real sense of service and customer contact
• good technical knowledge in the automotive or commercial vehicle field
• an autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working
• good organizational skills, even when activity is intense
• a team spirit and open communication
• good knowledge of French
• a valid driver's license
