Spitex Glattal is one of the largest Spitex organizations in the Canton of Zürich and fulfills a service mandate for the care of around 34,000 inhabitants. As a modern and future-oriented organization, we employ around 90 employees, including 9 FaGe apprentices and 3 HF nursing students, as well as 1 FH student. Together, we commit ourselves daily with professional competence, commitment, and passion to the well-being of our customers.

As an Education Officer, you will take on a central role in training and the promotion of young talent. You will accompany our HF students and FaGe apprentices during their training, promote their professional and personal development, and thus actively help shape the future of nursing.

What you will achieve with us

• Professional and pedagogical responsibility for HF students in practical application as well as FaGe apprentices during their training
• Planning, coordination, and continuous further development of practical training as well as practical guidance in nursing
• Advising and supporting the vocational trainers and nursing teams in all training matters
• Responsibility for the recruitment of apprentices and students in cooperation with the specialist department for Personnel as well as the specialist department for Nursing
• Building and maintaining constructive cooperation with internal and external specialist agencies as well as educational partners
• Active participation in shaping an appreciative, professional, and future-oriented learning / training culture

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH as well as several years of professional experience
• Completed training as an instructor with a federal professional certificate
• Strong service orientation, organizational skills, and a structured way of working
• High level of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to actively help shape change processes
• Sound nursing specialist knowledge combined with strong pedagogical and didactic skills
• Very good German language skills as well as an appreciative, constructive, and empathetic manner of communication
• Driver's license Cat. B
