Strengthen our team at the Bern headquarters as Real Estate Manager 80-100% Your responsibilities You will independently take over the management of a diverse residential portfolio in the Berner Oberland area. This includes apartment move-outs and move-ins during initial rentals as well as tenant changes, as well as ensuring smooth real estate maintenance. You are the contact person for tenants – both in person and by telephone – and handle concerns regarding rental agreements, contract changes and rent adjustments. In doing so, you keep an eye on current rent policy and competently advise owners on the design of rental prices. If necessary, you plan smaller renovations and accompany larger renovation projects in close cooperation with the project management of the client department.
