Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you ensure the smooth functioning of modern buildings. As a technical concierge, you ensure the perfect condition of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times.

What awaits you ###

• Independently execute building inspection tasks
• Manage maintenance and upkeep activities
• Handle various requests and small repairs
• Process daily work reports, delivery notes, and order tickets
• Monitor and accompany the execution of work by commissioned companies
• Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors
• Perform administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
• Manage small repair projects
• Independently carry out assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, directives, and processes
• Control the subcontractor process
• Inform the supervisor of any anomaly
• Ticketing follow-up and processing

What you bring ###

• Holder of a CFC as an operations agent or an equivalent title
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Good administrative and technical management skills for small construction sites
• Proficiency in spoken and written French (minimum level C1)
• English knowledge is an asset
• Good knowledge of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, discreet, and respectful personality
• Service orientation and ease in contacts
• Autonomous and organized
