In a time when continuous authentication, integrity assurance, and data security are of decisive importance, you have the opportunity to actively operate, maintain, and significantly further develop the current infrastructures, IT systems (platforms and applications) in this area. For this, we are looking for you as a committed and motivated DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of PKI & HSM. Your focus will be on the operation and further development of our IT systems with a focus on Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) and other relevant applications.

Your tasks

• Operation, maintenance and further development of the systems in the field of PKI & HSM. This includes, among others, HSM, PKI systems, credential management systems (smartcards, hardware tokens) as well as systems for secret management.
• Implementation and optimization of the solutions in close cooperation with the Product Owners.
• Ensuring the availability, scalability and security of the IT systems through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• Automation and modernization of central systems as well as their processes.
• Support in the connection of new IT systems to the PKI & HSM infrastructures as well as in the analysis of errors and the resolution of problems.
• Helping to shape a long-term resilient PKI that can meet today's and the already foreseeable requirements.
• Close cooperation in the DevOps team and the specialist department in an agile methodology (SAFe), to optimally implement the requirements for the IT systems and to jointly further develop the system landscape.

Your profile

• You have a completed higher education in computer science (FH, ETH, Uni) or an equivalent further education.
• You bring several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge, particularly in the areas of PKI & HSM Engineering as well as Key and Certificate Management and/or Secret and Credential Management, ideally in a regulated environment.
• You also have sound knowledge in the areas of Thales Network HSMs, Microsoft ADCS, .Net development and Powershell.
• You have a comprehensive understanding of PKI as well as the underlying cryptography and possess practical experience in the development and operation of modern solutions that meet the requirements of on-premise, cloud and SaaS systems.
• Your structured way of working, your analytical thinking skills and your strong communication skills distinguish you.
• You possess very good language skills in German and English.
