Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for an offer development manager (M/F) at 80-100%.

Job description ###

Your mission :

• Contribute to the development of the company's offer and strategy by analyzing developments in markets, territories, and demand
• Identify development opportunities and propose innovative mobility solutions, consistent with company objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Supervise a team of 2 to 3 employees specialized in offer development
• Build trusting relationships with sponsors, local authorities, institutional partners, and key accounts, and represent the company on the market
• Lead complex projects from the definition of needs to implementation, with monitoring of costs, deadlines, and results
• Mobilize and coordinate the various internal and external stakeholders (planning, finance, marketing, local authorities, etc.)

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• University or HES degree in the fields of transport, mobility, spatial planning, engineering, or an equivalent deemed training
• Additional training in project management, business administration, or work organization desired
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in offer development, transport planning, mobility, or market development related to public transport, including ideally 3 years in team management
• Proven experience in leading complex and cross-functional projects, ideally within a public transport company or a subsidized structure
• Excellent knowledge of the Swiss public transport system, as well as service procurement processes and relationships with sponsors
• Good understanding of the challenges of multimodality, intermodality, and spatial planning
• Excellent managerial, listening, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to synthesize, autonomy, organizational skills, and ease in a transforming environment
