On their behalf, we are looking, by arrangement, for the Bern - Mittelland location, for a competent personality for the function as Team Leader HR Services 100 % Your area of responsibility • In this key function, you report directly to the CHRO and assume the technical and personnel leadership of the HR Services area. • You provide excellent HR services in the areas of payrolling, social insurance, and time management. • You ensure smooth, correct, and legally compliant HR service operations. • You are responsible for the IKS and for all HR reporting. • You maintain close cooperation and exchange with the HR consulting team and are an important sparring partner and an appreciated contact person for supervisors and the management. • You support and accompany the salary round and the budget process. • You participate in HR projects and thus contribute to the active further development of the company. Your profile • You have a degree in business administration with further training in the field of HR. • In addition, you can demonstrate several years of successful professional and leadership experience in HR Operations, Administration, and Payrolling. • You have profound knowledge of labor and social insurance law and possess an exceptional flair for numbers. • You actively and with foresight accompany change management processes and HR projects, are IT-savvy, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. • Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with cross-functional and entrepreneurial thinking, are also among your characteristics. • You are characterized by high resilience, reliability, pragmatism, and initiative. • Your mother tongue is German or French with good oral and written language understanding of the respective other language.
