Head of Drywall and Fire Protection

Take responsibility, help shape, and make a difference: In this newly created key position in Central Switzerland, you have the chance to actively help shape and expand both areas. Our client, ROTH AG based in Malters, is an established company within the ROTH GRUPPE AG and stands for expert solutions regarding drywall, structural fire protection, and damage remediation. With its comprehensive services, it supports installers, fit-out companies, insurance companies, architectural offices, and construction management -- competently, solution-oriented, and practical. We are commissioned to recruit you as Head of Drywall and Fire Protection (100 %). Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take over the technical and personnel leadership of the two specialist departments and develop them both organizationally and economically. Together with your team, you are close to the operational events and know what matters on the construction site. At the same time, you think entrepreneurially, keep an eye on numbers and calculations, and conduct conversations and negotiations with customers and partners confidently. You ensure qualitatively flawless, timely, and profitable project execution, support the project management, and create efficient processes. In doing so, you promote your employees, maintain and deepen customer relationships, actively participate in the acquisition of new customers and orders, recognize market potentials, and contribute to the strengthening of the location. You have completed vocational training in the construction or fit-out trade and bring several years of experience in drywall, interior fit-out, structural fire protection, or a related environment. Further training as a Technical Merchant, in project management, or in construction management (or similar) is a requirement. You appear binding and credible, communicate clearly, and enjoy making decisions. In doing so, you roll up your sleeves and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment. Regular presence on construction sites and with customers is as much part of your task as the confident handling of common MS Office and industry applications. Place of work is Malters. Look forward to a versatile key position with creative freedom, opportunities for personal development, and long-term perspectives within the ROTH GRUPPE. We look forward to getting to know you and are happy to answer any questions.
