We are a traditional SME in the automotive supply industry and are looking to strengthen our team in Dietikon with an engaged, versatile and cheerful personality who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, enjoys interacting with people and simultaneously brings sales talent. With us, you can expect no classic 08/15 job: your daily work combines workshop and technology, exciting customer events in the ZÜRIRING\-Motodrom as well as sales and new customer acquisition – three different areas that make this position particularly varied. Your tasks Workshop \& Technology – approx. 1/3 General workshop and warehouse work Processing and preparation of customer orders Assistance with technical work and in daily operations Active involvement where support is currently needed Support and coaching of our guests at corporate, club and private events Reception and introduction of groups Presentation of the ZÜRIRING\-Motodrom and our professional racing simulators Moderation and implementation of the races including announcement of rankings and prize giving Support of our guests during the entire event ZÜRIRING\-Motodrom \& Customer Events – approx. 1/3 Support and coaching of our guests at corporate, club and private events Reception and introduction of groups Presentation of the ZÜRIRING\-Motodrom and our professional racing simulators Moderation and implementation of the races including announcement of rankings and prize giving Support of our guests during the entire event Our events also take place in the evening depending on the booking. Therefore, we require a certain degree of temporal flexibility and the willingness to work occasional evening shifts. Sales \& Field Service – approx. 1/3 Active new customer acquisition and building new customer relationships Presentation and sale of our products and services Telephone and personal customer contacts Occasional customer visits and field service assignments What you bring with you We are looking for a versatile, proactive personality aged approx. 30 to 50 years – not a pure mechanic and not a classic salesman, but a true allrounder. You have technical understanding and completed vocational training. At the same time, you are communicative, have a positive aura and feel comfortable even in front of a group of 20 or 30 people. You can inspire people, have humor and appear sympathetic, well-groomed and confident. You also bring temporal flexibility: If a ZÜRIRING\-event takes place in the evening, you are willing to adjust your working day accordingly. And when it comes to selling, you have the necessary drive: You enjoy approaching people, recognize opportunities and have no hesitation to pick up the phone or approach a potential new customer personally.
