Your tasks: • You are jointly responsible for the further development of the internal controlling system for Bad Schinznach AG and our subsidiary, Klinik Meissenberg AG. • This includes data and performance recording according to the specifications of the health insurance companies (e.g. ITAR_K) as well as monitoring and optimizing process and result quality in accordance with the specifications according to REKOLE. In addition, the analysis of performance data in the medical field as well as the provision of various evaluations and data exports to the Federal Statistical Office SwissDRG, ANQ, SpiGes, Spitex, etc.). Your profile: • You have a degree in business administration at the HF level with a focus on finance / controlling or equivalent vocational training. • Ideally, you have knowledge in the healthcare sector, which will benefit you in this function, as will your very good IT skills and initial experience in project management. • You convince with assertiveness, a lot of commitment and bring a high degree of independence.
