Methods Agent.

Job Identification

• methods: designs, organizes, and optimizes manufacturing processes and operating procedures.

Main Missions

• Drafting manufacturing files: Based on design office plans.
• Optimizing processes: Defining and producing the tooling for the manufacturing chain.
• Supporting the launch: Monitoring the creation of prototypes and pre-series before moving to series production.
• Continuous improvement: Participating in problem-solving processes and proposing technical or ergonomic solutions for operators.

Skills and Profile

• Technical know-how: mastery of digital chain tools (CAD/ERP) and production methods
• Interpersonal skills: sense of listening and communication to act as a link between the design office and production
