The well-coordinated team of around 35 qualified and committed forwarding professionals works daily with a lot of expertise and passion to realize optimal transport and logistics solutions for customers. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality as Clerk Forwarding Export 100% per immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent processing and creation of export documents (including export papers and T-documents)
• Organization and registration of goods collections
• Support of the export team Great Britain (approx. 60--70 %)
• Holiday and deputy coverage in the area of export and import for Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external customers, partners and authorities
• General administrative tasks in daily business

Your profile:

• Commercial training, ideally in the freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Initial professional experience in international transport or in export processing is an advantage
• PASSAR knowledge is a plus
• Good German skills as well as English skills for daily correspondence
• Exact, reliable and expeditious way of working
• Team-oriented, resilient and committed personality with enjoyment of administrative activities
