CNC Mechaniker (m/w/d)

Introduction

You love precision, enjoy working on modern CNC systems, and want parts to fit right from the start? For our client, we are looking for you as CNC-Mechaniker/in EFZ. You will take over everything from setup to programming to quality assurance - and ensure that customer requirements are met on time and in top quality.

Tasks

• Setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines
• Programming and adapting directly at the machine
• Optimizing programs: tool and cutting data, zero points, corrections, strategies; reducing setup times, increasing tool life
• Manufacturing according to drawings: reliably maintaining ISO tolerances, surfaces, and fits
• Ensuring quality: initial and self-inspections with calipers, micrometers, height gauges
• Maintenance & 5S: maintaining systems, fixing small malfunctions

Profile

• Completed training as CNC-Mechaniker/in or Polymechaniker/in EFZ
• Several years of practice in CNC manufacturing (milling and/or turning): setup, programming, optimization
• Precise, independent, and structured way of working; team player and quality-conscious
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills are an advantage
