Assistant HR 100% (m/f) For our site in Domdidier, which has more than 450 employees, we are looking for an Assistant HR 100% (m/f) In this very versatile position, you support the head of HR administration in managing administrative processes and actively collaborate with 2 HR assistants and HR Business Partners. As a contact person for employees, you inform and accompany them in the administrative management of their files. You contribute to the team's work to ensure efficient organization and the smooth functioning of the HR department. What does the job entail? Management of salaries and social insurance Management of attendance and absences as well as access for employees Management of personnel files, digital and physical Advice and support for employees Compliance with legal obligations and creation of reports for managers Coordination of the employee life cycle with HRBP What do we expect from you? CFC in commerce, completed by a certificate in "HR Manager with HRSE certificate" Confirmed experience of 7 to 10 years, ideally in an industrial environment with team hours Federal certificate as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist, an asset In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processes Native German language or C2 level, with very good knowledge of French Mastery of M365, advanced knowledge of Excel, and knowledge of SAP HCM Team spirit with an autonomous and precise working method What do we offer you?
