As the central hub of our company, you ensure that our daily operations function smoothly. You coordinate people, information, and resources, set priorities, and ensure a professional process together with our team.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the smooth planning and organization of daily operations
• Central coordination between kitchen, event management, HR, logistics, and other areas
• Prioritizing, coordinating, and ensuring that tasks are implemented reliably
• Responsibility for warehouse, goods flow, and logistics
• Planning and leadership of the logistics employees
• Presence in daily operations and active intervention when the situation requires it
• Recognizing bottlenecks and independently finding solutions
• Further development and optimization of workflows and processes

Your profile

• • Completed basic training in gastronomy
• Further training at a Higher Technical College, ideally in gastronomy, hotel management, hospitality, or business administration
• Experience in a demanding operational environment
• Very quick comprehension and pronounced networked thinking
• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even under high pressure
• High presence, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility, making decisions, and driving things forward
• Leadership competence, assertiveness, and appreciative treatment of employees
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and reliable personality
• Very good German skills and confident MS-Office user skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
