The Stiftung Blumenfeld Zuchwil is known for its warmth and offers 86 residents in need of care and support a home. Three openly managed living groups, including one living group for short-term stays with 16 single rooms and a gerontopsychiatric living group, where we also care for day guests, round out our care and support services. To complement the care team in the night shift, we are looking for an immediate or negotiated start for a committed and reliable Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ 40% - 60% in the night shift Your tasks: • Individual, holistic care and support • Taking over night responsibility/house responsibility • Professional support for subordinate employees • Responsible for the implementation of the care process • Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated care documentation (easyDOK) • Co-responsible for recording care requirements with interRAI LTCF • Recognizing and mastering emergency situations, independently initiating appropriate measures Your profile: • Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ with practical experience • Knowledge and experience with interRAI LTCF are an advantage • Open, resilient, and organizationally strong personality • You are a team player with high social skills • You have good verbal and written expression • Your ability to think holistically and in a networked manner is evident in everyday life Our offer: We offer you a challenging, varied, and changing task with independence in the sense of our mission statement.
