Excellent listening, empathy and communication skills Ease in home interventions and in complex situations. Driving license indispensable Very good command of French, German may be an added value. Your function: Provide psychiatric nursing care at home. Accompany patients presenting with mental health issues. Evaluate their psychic state and their needs. Implement and ensure the follow-up of individualized care projects. Promote autonomy and maintenance of patients at home. Ensure monitoring of clinical evolution. Close collaboration with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, relatives and various network stakeholders. Ensure rigorous transmission of care and interventions.
