When parents fall into difficult life situations, a structured and reliable everyday life is particularly important for children. For mothers, pregnant women, and fathers who have fallen into an emergency, the Elim Stiftung für Eltern und Kind offers professional support. The well-being of the child, the empowerment of the parents, and a shared future are the focus. The goal is to secure the well-being of the child in the presence of one or both parents. The services are adapted as best as possible to the individual needs and resources of the family system. The childcare is part of the inpatient parent-child living of the Elim Stiftung in Steffisburg. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Childcare Specialist starting in September or by arrangement. Lovingly accompanying children during discovery, play, and growing up ### In this role, you will care for the children to relieve the parents in the internal childcare. You promote and accompany the children mindfully and empathetically through the KIBE everyday life. Another important component of your work is maintaining appreciative contact with the parents and writing developmental reports. In addition to these activities, you support the inpatient team as a care employee. You maintain regular exchange with the cross-departmental team and actively contribute to good cooperation within the entire environment.
