Sales Back Office Clerk

Your tasks:

• Create and process offers/ order entry
• Advise and look after customers by telephone and in person at the reception
• Provide technical assistance and support on the telephone
• Take responsibility for selected product groups
• Handle general correspondence
• Perform various administrative tasks

What you bring with you:

• Experience in sales back office
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of IT applications, SAP in particular MS Office
• Strong communication personality with enjoyment of customer contact
• Polished appearance and good manners
• Team-oriented way of working
