For our customers - established metal construction companies in the Canton of Lucerne - we are constantly looking for physically fit and reliable assistant metalworkers (m/f/d). We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy practical work, think ahead, and roll up their sleeves in all weather conditions.

The assignments are also ideal as interim jobs for high school graduates, students, as well as persons before or after a language stay or a longer trip abroad.

Job Description ##

• Assistance with the assembly of metal constructions
• Assembly of railings, stairs, balconies, doors, and facade elements
• Support for metalworkers and fitters on the construction site
• Providing, carrying, and installing components
• Assistance with drilling, screwing, grinding, and adjustment work
• Loading and unloading of vehicles and material
• General assistant work in metal construction
• Working on construction sites throughout the Canton of Lucerne
• Outdoor assignments - even in rain, cold, or changeable weather
• Working on ladders, scaffolding, and aerial work platforms
• Workload 100 %, Monday to Friday

• Minimum age 18 years
• Mandatory residence in the Canton of Lucerne
• Good German language skills are mandatorily required
• Physical fitness and resilience
• Ability to work at heights and freedom from vertigo
• Willingness to work outdoors in bad weather
• Enjoyment of practical and physical work
• You can roll up your sleeves and think ahead while working
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented way of working
• Manual dexterity is an advantage
• Initial experience in construction or metal construction is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Driver's license category B and own car are an advantage, but not a must
