What will you do with us?

As an employee in the permanent night shift, you ensure continuous and professional care for our patients during the night. You work independently and at the same time closely with the interprofessional team and contribute significantly to a safe and reliable process during the night hours. For your task, you will be carefully introduced and will learn the relevant processes and interfaces comprehensively. Our internal continuing education offer is also, of course, open to you.

• You care for and look after our patients with commitment and within the scope of your competencies, in close cooperation with the diplomaed nursing professionals
• You take over delegated medical-technical tasks and support the nursing process including performance recording in our clinic information system
• You work closely with nursing assistants, apprentices and students and support them in daily ward life

What do you bring with you to be successful with us?

• You have completed training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, ideally with professional experience in the acute care sector
• You are flexible, adapt quickly to new teams, processes and situations and see the large medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital as a chance for further development
• The well-being of the patients is your top priority and you treat all people with respect and appreciation
• You work reliably and conscientiously and like to take on responsibility within the scope of your competencies
• Constantly developing yourself is a matter of course for you
• Proficient German completes your profile (for non-German language qualifications, level B2 is required)
