Your responsibilities
Within our team and in collaboration with the architects and project managers, you will notably be responsible for:
Developing preliminary and project plans
Preparing the plans and documents necessary for building permit applications
Producing execution plans and details
Performing site surveys and ensuring their graphic transcription
Participating in the technical coordination of projects with specialized consultants
Assisting construction management in the monitoring and documentation of construction sites
Guaranteeing the quality, precision and conformity of the documents produced.
Your profile
CFC as a drafter, architecture orientation, or equivalent training
At least three years of professional experience in Switzerland
Very good mastery of Archicad and Microsoft Office tools
Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes and professional practices
Ability to manage entrusted files in an autonomous and structured manner
Precision, rigor and sense of detail
Dynamism, spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility
Ease in communication and professional contacts
