For Raiffeisenbank Bündner Rheintal, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Bonaduz, Domat/Ems, Chur, Trimmis, Zizers, Untervaz and Landquart, you will work mainly at the headquarters in Chur and, if required, at the branches. Share What can you expect? ## Management support • Preparation and follow-up of bank management and board of directors' meetings incl. minutes • Organization of meetings and events • Preparation of digital ballot • Contract management (rental contracts / infrastructure-/ maintenance contracts) • Assistance to bank management, including general administrative and organizational tasks Project and process management • Leadership of smaller projects, in particular infrastructure projects • Optimization of administrative processes Personnel management • Various tasks in HR administration • Close cooperation with the person responsible for personnel, including assumption of deputy duties What do you bring? ## • Completed commercial basic training • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function • Specialist further training (e.g. federal certificate as management assistant or equivalent) • Pronounced organizational and communication skills • High discretion • Conceptual and networked thinking • High independence and personal responsibility
