For our client, a manufacturing industrial company with a technically demanding plant park, we are looking for an experienced personality as Head of Maintenance & Technology. In this function, you combine operative maintenance with leadership responsibility and technical projects. Together with your team, you ensure high plant availability, further develop existing processes, and accompany technical investments from planning to implementation.

Your task ##

• Functional and personnel leadership of a small technical team including work organization and deployment planning
• Responsibility for the preventive and reactive maintenance of production plants and technical infrastructure
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, overhauls, repairs, as well as technical adjustments
• Systematic analysis of plant malfunctions and implementation of sustainable measures to improve availability and operational safety
• Accompanying technical investment and optimization projects from the first planning to the handover to ongoing operation
• Further development of workflows and maintenance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement

Your profile ##

• Completed basic technical training, for example in mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation or a related field
• Experience in industrial maintenance and in the technical production environment
• Further training at a professional or higher level is an advantage
• Experience in the leadership or coordination of employees as well as joy in the development of a team
• Good knowledge of systematic error analysis and a broad understanding of mechanical, electrical and automated plants
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication personality with decision-making ability and joy in technical improvement projects
• Fluent German skills
