Dispatcher Special Transport (m/w/d)

Your tasks • Advising customers as well as dispatching the eight vehicles and chauffeurs in special transport • Creating invoices, statistics, work orders, as well as daily and weekly programs • Procuring transport capacities, organizing and controlling vehicle maintenance and reports • Planning vacation and overtime compensation as well as processing customer requests and tendering • Implementing customer specifications (delivery dates, pickup, extra trips) and target specifications for vehicle utilization • Taking care of damage cases and assisting in the organization of events • Carrying out general administrative tasks Your profile • Training in the technical field with corresponding professional experience in the areas of dispatching, transport, logistics, or construction transport • Further training as a road transport dispatcher with a federal certificate of proficiency, technical businessman with a federal certificate of proficiency, or commercial school (or in training for this) • Advantageous leadership experience and truck driver's license category C • Good MS-Office and ERP skills • Team-oriented as well as customer- and service-oriented personality with healthy assertiveness • Organizational talent with entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as independent and solution-oriented work • German: stylistically confident Your perspective You will have the opportunity to be your own boss and become a specialist in the transport sector.
