Participate in our mission to create a sustainable world and start working as soon as possible at our site in Sierre, Switzerland Maintenance Mechanic Pool E2MRA (m/f/d) Responsibilities & Qualifications ## Your responsibilities: • Participate in the improvement, commissioning, and maintenance of our production tools and machines • Ensure troubleshooting services for machines and plant installations • Perform technical maintenance, assembly, and quality control work on the installations and equipment of internal services • Manufacture mechanical parts and mechanical-welded parts • Identify problems and propose solutions, individually and in a team • Ensure the documentation of maintenance activities • Work with a 4-team rotation How to convince us: • You benefit from experience in industrial maintenance and/or in a similar industry. • You hold a CFC in polymechanic or industrial equipment constructor. • You possess very good mechanical skills. • You have good knowledge of SAP. • You are endowed with a great sense of teamwork, are autonomous, and solution-oriented. • You master French, another language is an asset. • You are comfortable within a complex environment and are able to adapt to changes. • You are precise, rigorous, and meticulous. Please apply by August 7, 2026. Location Profile ## Novelis- Sierre is located in the Valais Switzerland employing around 550 people. It mainly focuses on production of aluminium sheet for the automotive market covering the entire process from casting to finishing. The plant also hosts a world-leading Research & Innovation Center specialized in the development of new automotive sheet alloys surface treatment and joining technologies. In Feburary 2022 together with research institutions and a local energy provider Novelis founded the Net Zero Lab Valais to develop carbon-neutral solutions for aluminium manufacturing. The lab focuses on identifying and implementing innovative solutions to neutralize the carbon footprint of Novelis- manufacturing operations and neighboring communities starting in Sierre. The Sierre plant supports its community through direct sponsorship of many annual events promoting education sports and culture.
