Der Abendfrieden, Wohnen & Pflege is a private and non-profit foundation that offers 90 residents individual and holistic care and support in a familial environment. 155 employees provide supporting services around the clock in nursing, kitchen, gastronomy, housekeeping, technology and administration. In addition, we offer 17 training and study places.

Well-being and quality of life are central elements for us in accompanying the residents. The team maintains a partnership-based togetherness with residents and employees.

For our Café Schwank with 70 seats and a modern ambience, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Serving our residents, employees and external guests
• Assisting with events and banquets
• Carrying out buffet orders
• Setting up meeting rooms and banquet rooms
• Responsible for cash and credit card collection
• General cleaning work

Our requirements:

• Completed training as Restaurantfachfrau/mann EFZ or Restaurantangestellte/-r EBA
• Readiness to work irregularly between 09.30- 18.30 (incl. weekends and public holidays)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (minimum B2)
• You are independent and bring a high level of personal responsibility
• Open and friendly interaction with our residents, employees and external guests
