Occupational Care Specialist for the internal medical service

For the internal medical service of our client, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as an Occupational Care Specialist (female/male). In this versatile role, you will take on a central role in the organization and coordination of occupational medical services and actively support health promotion within the company.

Your tasks

• Coordination and implementation of medical services in cooperation with external occupational medical service providers
• Organization and follow-up of health, recruitment, and preventive examinations as well as vaccination campaigns
• Administration, archiving, and digital recording of medical documents in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and medical confidentiality
• Ensuring legally compliant documentation and storage of medical records
• Contact person for employees regarding medical issues as well as coordination of examinations and treatments
• Participation in medically relevant processes as well as support during audits and inspections
• Organization and support of first aid measures as well as occupational health training
• Cooperation with internal and external partners to promote prevention and health management programs
• Administration and ordering of medical consumables
• Support of internal communication on health and safety topics
• Participation in the implementation of programs for health promotion as well as for the prevention of diseases and accidents
• Management of a legally compliant and confidential documentation system

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognized qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the field of occupational medicine, occupational health, or health management
• Good knowledge of relevant data protection regulations as well as a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
• Strong organizational, independent, and structured way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment of working with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Confident handling of digital documentation and administration systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language, other languages an advantage
