Night Baker - Baking Specialist (M/F)

An artisanal bakery is looking for a qualified Night Baker, passionate about baking and respect for traditions, to join its production team. As the guarantor of our products' finishing, you ensure perfect and regular baking of our range.

• Contract: CDI 100%
• Hours: Permanent night work from 22h00 to 07h00, including alternating work on weekends and public holidays
• Location: Chexbres
• Start date: immediately (or to be agreed)

Your main missions
You autonomously manage the baking department:

• Management and planning of batches according to freshness imperatives
• Absolute mastery of baking to guarantee a crispy crust and an irreproachable visual appearance
• Quality control in compliance with our artisanal standards
• Hygiene and careful maintenance of your workstation

Profile sought

• Holder of a CFC in Baker-Pastry or an equivalent title
• Confirmed experience in artisanal bakery, with excellent mastery of managing night bakes autonomously
• Required qualities:
• Rigor, precision and a great sense of organization
• Ability to work autonomously while having team spirit
• Excellent physical condition (night rhythm, standing position)
