Legal Counsel ##

Information related to the position ##

Start date: immediate or date to be agreed

Contract duration: Indefinite duration

Activity rate: 80%

Workplace: Lausanne-Unicentre

Your activities ##

As part of your activity you will be required to:

• Manage and coordinate appeal procedures in the field of education
• Advise the members of the UNIL Management within the framework of disciplinary procedures, manage and coordinate procedures
• Advise and legally orient services, faculties as well as any entity benefiting from the services delivered by the legal department
• Contribute to the drafting or revision of directives and regulations and ensure their legal compliance
• Manage the projects entrusted to you by the hierarchy and ensure their coordination

Your profile ##

• You benefit from a master's degree in Swiss law and 3 to 5 years of professional experience in legal activities related to the position; the bar exam is an asset
• You appreciate the diversity of activities and have a strong interest in public law and administrative procedure
• You have excellent abilities to lead complex projects, to set priorities, to identify and anticipate risks and demonstrate good resistance to stress while remaining pragmatic and clear
• Your social skills are recognized and you know how to adapt to different situations and interlocutors
• You know the academic environment and its challenges or are interested in discovering them
• For you, team spirit, sharing knowledge and points of view is a source of enrichment and pleasure at work
