Your field of action • Lead and motivate your team towards success, you establish planning based on turnover and in an efficient manner • Encourage and develop each member of the team to achieve the best performance and celebrate successes together • Welcome customers in the store and offer them, as a host, an unforgettable shopping experience • Assume responsibility for the cash register and the achievement of objectives • Present the merchandise and arrange the store, including the window display What is important to us • Completed training in retail, with experience in management and sales, preferably in the textile sector • You demonstrate a positive and competent attitude and show empathy as well as respect on a daily basis • You work in a structured manner and demonstrate flexibility • Service consciousness and an affinity for fashion as well as colors are a plus • A neat and courteous appearance completes your image Are you looking for more than just a job?
