Technical Manager Buildings & Infrastructures (M/F) at 80% Company Description On behalf of one of our clients, an institutional player active in the management and enhancement of buildings, we are looking for a Technical Manager Buildings & Infrastructures at 80% In this role, you will ensure the operational and technical management of a portfolio of buildings spread across several sites. You will ensure their proper functioning, their maintenance as well as the coordination of different internal and external stakeholders. Job Description Ensure the technical and operational management of a multi-site real estate portfolio Supervise and coordinate a team of 12 people Evaluate the needs for maintenance, renovation, and upkeep of buildings Develop budgets related to works and ensure their monitoring Plan and supervise technical interventions and maintenance services Coordinate external companies and guarantee the quality of the services performed Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards Contribute to the energy performance and sustainability objectives of the buildings Collaborate with various internal partners as part of renovation, remediation, or transformation projects Profile sought CFC in the building sector or training deemed equivalent ES Building Technician diploma, Federal Diploma of Technical Manager or similar training Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable function in French-speaking Switzerland Proven experience in managing technical teams Strong skills in project management and monitoring of works Good technical knowledge of buildings (CVSE) Sensitivity to issues related to the preservation of built heritage and sustainable development Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities Interpersonal skills, natural leadership, tact, and team spirit Proficiency in MS Office tools Section 4 Conditions Driver's license indispensable Clean criminal record Regular travel to different sites Additional Information Long-term mission with the possibility of evolution towards a permanent position Varied function combining management, technical, and project management Management of a diversified real estate portfolio spread over several sites Environment promoting autonomy and taking of responsibilities jpid85ccfeajm jpit0832jm jpiy26jm
